I'm Emily, a self confessed beauty addict, lover of pretty things and Francophile based in Glasgow. Bonjour, Emily is a place where you'll find my thoughts on beauty products and general lifestyle posts. Be they beauty related or not, I want to share the things that I love with you. So expect to see some books, fashion, home wears sprinkled through my love of skincare and makeup. 

I spent two years working in the beauty industry, working for two separate brands for a year each within the same department store. This has provided me with fabulous training and knowledge when it comes to skincare and fragrance ingredients and makeup application (neither position which I held was as a makeup artist, but I spent a lot of time with and watching those magicians!). I am currently embarking on a non-beauty career path and so will be using this blog as my outlet for my passion.
